Timing: we have a 30-day Return Policy which commences on the day you received the item
- If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or store credit.
- For returns, send an email to contact@lashoutlet.com.au with the subject 'Return'. Please include the following: Your order number and reason for the return.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.
- To be eligible for a return under our Change of Mind Policy, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us at your own cost.
- To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received.
